Time Calculator
The time calculator lets you find the duration in hours and minutes between two times. Use it for timesheet or time card work, payroll math, or quick clock arithmetic. Results show in both hours and minutes and decimal hours.
Time and Date Calculator
Add or subtract days, hours, minutes, or seconds from a start date and time. By default the form uses your local date and clock. Change any offset field, then Calculate to see the new date and time.
Common uses include: what time will it be in X hours, 30 minutes from now, 8 hours from 7:48 PM, 180 days from today, or 60 days ago.
Time Calculator
This duration tool answers two ways: hours and minutes (for example 7 hours and 45 minutes on a project), and decimal hours for payroll (4.38 hours × $20 = $87.60).
Enter a start time such as 7:45 AM and an end time such as 5:30 PM. The calculator returns the span in both formats. Overnight shifts are supported when the end time is earlier on the clock than the start.
